By purchasing a package, booking a consultation, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
IZionAI provides AI-powered automation, marketing, and website services under packaged subscriptions. Deliverables and scope are described on our pricing page and in your onboarding intake.
3. Fees & Setup
- Monthly subscription fees recur automatically until canceled.
- Setup fees are one-time charges collected at the start of service and are non-refundable once implementation work has begun.
- All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely information and assets required to deliver services.
- Maintain access credentials and comply with third-party platform terms.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding your business, marketing, and customers.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your brand and content. Custom deliverables produced for you become yours upon full payment. Underlying tools, templates, and platform code remain the property of IZionAI or its licensors.
6. Acceptable Use
You will not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing activity, or to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IZionAI's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may cancel a subscription per the Subscription & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, breach, or misuse.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue lies exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
