We collect information you provide directly (name, business, email, phone, service inquiries, uploaded assets) and technical information from your use of our site (device/browser data, IP address, pages visited). Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

- Process payments, subscriptions, and onboarding for purchased packages.

3. Sharing
We share information only with vendors that help us deliver the service. We do not sell personal information.
- IZION Core: when you submit a contact, audit, or booking form, your name, business name, email, phone, website, and the form you used are sent to our account on IZION Core, which runs on a third-party CRM service provider, so our team can follow up.
- Google Calendar: when you book a time, your name, the meeting time and format, and the details you provide are added to our calendar; if you give an email, a calendar invitation is sent to it.
- Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as booking a consultation or submitting a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and device/browser information; we do not send your name, email, phone, or form answers to it. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Stripe for payments, Supabase for database and sign-in, Resend for email, and our website hosting provider.
4. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion by emailing izionai@izionai.com.
5. Your Rights (including California residents)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email izionai@izionai.com. We will respond within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm PT).

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and server-only secret storage. No system is 100% secure; we notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.
